Brandy Ramsey has 21+ years of multifaceted property management experience—including 5 years at GRE—spanning new development, lease-ups, construction management, stabilizations, condo conversions, and renovations. She became an Investment Portfolio Manager for Goodman Real Estate in 2021.
Brandy is a supportive and hard-working colleague with a talent for working through challenging situations. She attended Seattle University, holds a WA Real Estate Broker’s license, and is part of the WMFHA, NAA and AMA.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her three children and their 91-pound German Shepherd. She loves to go for long walks and travel, and she finds opportunities to explore new places as often as she can.
